In the 3rd presentation in the World War I series Rebecca Bennette, Associate Professor of History and Director of Jewish Studies at Middlebury College presents "Dissent during World War One: American and British Conscientious Objection and the Strange Case of German Silence"

On Wednesday Nov. 7 Bill LIpke and Bill Mares, authors of "Grafting Memories: Essays on War and Commemoration" will discuss how Canadians have chosen to honor their veterans through paintings, photographs, sculpture and cemeteries.
