Healthy Pelvis Series: Yoga for Pelvic Pain

If you suffer from pubic symphysis dysfunction, vulvodynia (vulvar pain), dyspareunia (pain with intercourse), endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, vaginismus or other undiagnosed pelvic pain incorporating some holistic treatments such as yoga can help.

This 6 week series will guide you to relax, release tension, and reconnect with your pelvis. Expect gentle movement with room for instruction on proper alignment for yoga postures.

No prior yoga experience necessary. Please note: this class will not meet the week of Thanksgiving and will resume the following week.
