Forum on Vermont's Proposed Carbon Tax, October 18, in Wells, VT

Vermont's proposed Carbon Tax will be discussed during an interactive forum at the Modern Woodmen's Annex in Wells, Vermont, on October 18, 2018 from 7:00 – 9:00 pm.

Bob Hedden, president of the Hedden Company, a full-service management consulting, research, and education firm specializing in Efficient Home Heating, will moderate the forum. Senator Brian Collamore will provide insights into the formation of the proposed bill and predict the effects upon Vermont residents as well as both Vermont and New York businesses. Matt Cota, Executive Director of the Vermont Fuel Dealers Association, will forecast the expected impacts on homeowners, commuters and commercial industries. Farms, slate and trucking industries will be featured in the discussion. With the conclusion of brief highlights by panelists, the forum will be opened to the public for questions and an interactive exchange of information.
