On Saturday, October 27th, from 2-4pm, there will be a joyful celebration at Oakledge Park to unveil new play equipment. This isn't just any new equipment, it's universally accessible--meaning it's designed to be used by anyone, regardless of ability. The new swings and slider represent the first installment of an entirely new universally accessible playground at Oakledge!

Oakledge for All is a 100% volunteer initiative to support the Burlington Recreation Parks & Waterfront in building this playground, the first of its kind in all of Burlington and the state. Together, we're trying to raise the necessary funds to make our vision a reality so that adults and kids, like my son Otis, have a place to play that is welcoming, inclusive and fun. Please join us!
