Then come to VSAC's Financial Aid Forms Workshop offered at LUHS on November 7 from 6:00 p.m. - 7:30pm in the library to fill out your FAFSA forms. Space is limited to 30, so please RSVP to Christine Cooney at ccooney@luhs18.org.

Students and parents should bring each of the following:
• Social Security Number
• Most recent federal tax return from 2017, including schedules and K-1 form(s) (You may be able to transfer your federal tax return information into your FAFSA using the IRS Data Retrieval Tool.)
• Most recent W-2 or year-end pay stub
• Records of untaxed income (child support)
• Current checking and savings bank statements
• Home value and debt (if applicable)
• Farm value and debt (if applicable)
• Business value and debt (if applicable)
• Investment value (if applicable)
• Alien Registration Card (if not a US Citizen)
• List of colleges student is applying to
