Enjoy a fun evening in our culinary classroom! St. Johnsbury Academy Adult Education offers "Succulent Soups" on Tuesday, Nov. 13, from 5-8:30 p.m. Tuition is $65. Autumn is the time for hearty soups and stews. Students will make a cream-based soup, French onion soup, and a harvest squash soup in this "take what you make" workshop. This class is facilitated by New England Culinary Institute graduate and Academy teaching assistant Kassie Jardine.
