I would like to thank Morristown voters for electing me as moderator the past 12 years. It is real grass roots democracy and I'm glad to be part of the process. I'm still working on getting it just exactly right. My goal is facilitate the will of the voters while structuring the meeting according to Robert's Rules as modified by Vermont Law. I know its kind of boring at times but it has its interesting moments too. Our legislators usually stop by and will answer questions from the floor. It's always better when more people attend and I hope everyone that reads this makes it to this year's meeting.
