The annual Wheels for Warmth tire collection has raised more than $400,000 for emergency fuel assistance, sold more than 17,000 safe tires, and recycled more than 28,000 unsafe tires.

This year's tire collection will be held at:
• Casella Waste Systems,
• 220 Avenue B in Williston
• Thursday and Friday, October 25th and 26th,
• 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm

- There is a $4.00 fee for dropping off tires that need to be recycled, and no cost if the tires meet the approval of on-site DMV inspectors, allowing them to be resold.
- 100% of proceeds from tire disposal fees, tire sales and donations go directly to the Warmth emergency heating program at CVOEO, Capstone, and BROC.
