The forums:
• Will be moderated by Tim Buskey
• Will be taped by the local public access television channels for rebroadcast.
• Are open to all Addison County House and Senate candidates.
• Will last 120 minutes and time will be closely monitored.
Format:
6:00 p.m. Welcome
6:05 p.m. Candidate self-introductions (1 minute each)
6:15 p.m. Questions: As public enters the forum, they will be asked to write a topic area on a card (i.e. taxes, workplace requirements, regulation, marijuana, etc.). During your introductions, we will aggregate the responses and the moderator will ask questions related to the most requested topics. If time allows, questions will also be allowed from the floor. Each candidate will have one minute to respond to each question. Also, each candidate will be given one "rebuttal card" which can be used
only once, for a 30-second rebuttal to another candidate's response.
