Have you ever stood in front of a crowded room to speak and nothing emerges from your dry mouth? Jackson Kytle will discuss how and why public appearances can be so nerve wracking. From sports, to politics to musical appearances Kytle will explore why we become so frightened and how to manage the anxiety and maybe even learn how to turn it into a positive experience.
The lecture will take place Wednesday October 17, at the Commodores Inn in Stowe on RT 100 (or Maine ST). The lecture begins promptly at 1:30. There is a $5.00 fee. Refreshments are served at the conclusion of the lecture.
