Larry Jones, a retired Presbyterian minister living in South Starksboro, walked the Camino de Santiago de Compostela last summer, 500 miles from southern France, over the Pyrenees, and across northern Spain. His own discipline for the trip was to write a poem a day, and he exceeded that, putting them together in both book form and in an abbreviated version with pictures and videos, accompanied by narration in PowerPoint format. In 37 days, he and an old friend accomplished the trip, and he'll be presenting his poetry, pictures, videos, and conversation in the Jerusalem Schoolhouse on Thursday, October 18 at 7 pm. Refreshments will be served also.
The Schoolhouse is located on Jerusalem Road...just behind the Jerusalem Store (Route 17).
