This weekend is the Vermont Crafts Council open studio event. From 10:00 - 5:00 both Saturday and Sunday. You'll have a chance to visit artists in their working studios and see how they hone their crafts, or simply view their work. This event is marked by yellow roadside signs directing people to the studios that are open in many towns, including Charlotte. My studio is at 3364 Spear Street, and is marked with yellow signs along the way, and then a blue sign, Katherine Carleton's Fine Arts Studio. in front of the house. I'll be puttering away and would love to have visitors come and see me! You can even see the tractors line up behind us and see how inspiring this farm is for sparking creativity! I'm very excited.

The tractor parade is also happening this weekend, on Sunday. My house is on the farm where the tractors line up, so again, if you are in the neighborhood, stop in! It's an exciting event for artists and craftsmen to share their world with you.
