As many of you know, this is the last week of the Richmond farmer's market for the year. Stone Beach Farm will feature winter squash this week. We have Kabocha, see link to recipes below, Acorn, Delicate, a few Butternuts, Spaghetti, and Long-Pie Pumpkins. The Long-Pie Pumpkin makes the best pie and soup I have every had. Come visit us at the market and stock up on winter squash that you can save for future meals!
