The 7th Annual Vermont Reiki Association Conference, "The Ki to Happiness," will be held on 10/27/18, at the Capital City Plaza in Montpelier. We are honored to host two knowledgeable, engaging, and respected keynote speakers this year.
Debbie Lyn Toomey, RN, CIPP, is a Health & Happiness coach, international speaker, and author of the book "The Happiness Result." She is the founder of HealthandHappinessSpecialist.com. Debbie's varied experience in the health care field, alternative complementary medicine, and positive psychology makes her the perfect speaker to discuss the various ways of leading a positive life. Debbie's speaking programs are both educational and experiential in order to provide her audience with the best way to understand and retain her message. Her enthusiasm and dynamic presence have made her a well sought-after speaker.
Elise Brenner, PhD, is a Reiki Master Teacher, owner of Brenner Reiki Healing in the greater Boston area, and founder of the non-profit Reiki educational organization Celebration of Reiki, Inc. Elise provides services for Reiki practitioners, health care providers, as well as members of the public who benefit from, or want to learn more about Reiki practice. Elise is a strong advocate for Reiki outreach, education, and empowerment. As an anthropologist, Elise has researched cross-cultural healing practices, thereby enriching the scope and depth of her Reiki practice.
This year's conference will also include engaging, enlightening and experiential breakout practices based on the 5 Reiki precepts.
