Greetings,
The PC will meet tomorrow, October 11th @6:30 p.m., 81 Main Street Conference Room. We have a busy meeting scheduled with the applications listed below. However, the PC starts off every meeting with 'Public Comments'. This is for you! You can discuss any topic that is not on the Agenda (only exception-consent agenda items). If you want to give a suggestion or ask for a understanding of certain situations, etc. We want to let you know you can say/ask/tell anything!
- Two consent agenda items: 1) Bob Miller is looking to re-approve his expired approval that allows for 2 additional buildings, a 60,000 s.f. building and a 180,000 s.f. building located at 30 Allen Martin Dr. 2) A boundary line adjustment to convey 0.50-acre is requested between one of the newly created lots off Discovery Road and Linda LeClerc's remaining lands also off Discovery Road.
- The landowners of 1 Allen Martin Drive are looking to develop the rest of its land. They have put forth 2 options to develop and is looking for feedback on how the PC favors one or the other. No report is written up for a conceptual discussion. It is an informal discussion.
- Patco Properties owns 6 David Drive. They are proposing a 2.01-acre boundary adjustment with its neighbor located at 15 Morse Dr. Part 2 is for Patco to add an additional 7,200 sq. ft. building to its parcel. This is a company that continues to grow!
- Peter Edelmann is proposing to amend its Master Plan located in the Town Center by adding more green space in the center of the parcel - which will require some parking relocation; add outdoor seating to the recently approved brewery and distillery; and other site improvements.
- Cobloka Trust is proposing to bring in a drive-thru restaurant (Starbucks) and an additional commercial building located at the corner of Route 15/Susie Wilson Road. These buildings will be located next to the existing bank.
- We have added a possible follow-up discussion regarding the zoning amendments related to the ETC|NEXT plan. This is a continued placeholder as every 4th Thursday of the month is dedicated to this topic.
I will send out a separate postings regarding update of happenings around town soon!
Have a great day!
