Snowstorms in February and March cancelled Rick Winston's presentation of All the Film's a Stage last winter. The Waterbury Public Library is pleased to have Rick back in October where hopefully a rogue snowstorm will not prevent Rick from showing his classic exploration of the world of theater. From grueling rehearsals to opening night jitters, and outsize personalities, Rick shows cinema's portrayal of theater production from audition to rehearsal to performance. Clips from both American and foreign films will be featured, including classics such as All About Eve, Children of Paradise, and Topsy-Turvey.

The event will occur in the SAL room of the Waterbury Library on Wednesday, October 24th at 6 O'Clock. It is sponsored by the Vermont Humanities Council, is free and handicapped accessible.
