Heather will share simple, gentle and properly aligned stretches that anyone can do from a seated position and recreate at home.No yoga knowledge necessary. All ages 18 and up are welcome. Please arrive a few minutes early to sign and settle in.
Bring/Wear: Water Bottle, Comfy Clothes & Open Mind.
