Let Your Yoga Dance Stick Season Series
Thursdays Oct 18-Nov 15, 7pm
As the trees lose their leaves and the days grow shorter, we begin looking inward and quieting our energies. Honor the changing of seasons within your soul by embarking on this 5 week moving exploration of the chakras. We will use fun music and easy to follow moves to explore our chakras and come into ourselves with joy and love. Each class will dance through all the chakras with a different focus each week on self, strength, love, joy, and gratitude. Through the five week journey we will work through the seven chakras to align our spirits for the new season.
Let Your Yoga Dance is a joyful movement practice combining time honored traditions of yoga with fun and easy to follow dance moves. LYYD classes dance through the 7 chakras (energy centers along the spine) for an experience that is at times fun and funky, at times quiet and peaceful.
Absolutely no experience in yoga or dance are needed to enjoy and benefit from letting your yoga dance.
