On Thursday, October 11, at 6:30 PM, the Underhill Planning Commission will hold a hearing at the Town Hall on proposed changes to the 2015 Town Plan. These changes will be on the ballot at Town Meeting in 2019. The changes pertain exclusively to incorporating the Underhill Center Village Zoning District that was approved by voters in March 2018, and to renewing the Underhill Center Village Center designation, which needs to be done now rather than waiting for inclusion in the new 2020 Town Plan in order to conform to State policy.
