In the Feb. 18th issue of the Islander there is an article about this forum. The date was incorrect. It is actually February 27th, not March. The article reads as such.
"The Islander and Lake Champlain Access Television (LCATV) are partnering to bring election background information to its viewers and readers. Information that hopefully one will find of value as you make your decisions at the polls.
The original intent was to provide a forum for all contested races, which happen to be very few this year, therefore, the schedule of participation is as follows: Thursday, February 27 at 7:00 pm- Grand Isle School Board; at 8 pm- Grand Isle Selectboard.
Participants can tune into channel 16 or join the studio audience for an opportunity to ask your questions up close and personal. Folks can also call the station during its airing schedule and ask questions of candidates.
LCATV is located at 63 Creek Farm Plaza, Suite 3. The Plaza shopping center is near the intersection of Routes 7 and 2A in Colchester.
