Fw: Waltz Night Information

Past event

(I'm forwarding a note about a fundraiser for the Sage City Symphony in Bennington.) This will be fun, and it will also be pretty. The orchestra is asked to gussy up in black, so if you have an ancient tux/little black dress, here's an opportunity.

Hi Everyone:

Please tell your friends and family about Waltz Night on October 13 and please consider attending yourselves to support the continuation of your orchestra.

Many of you may not realize that although we rehearse and perform at Bennington College, we are not a part of the college nor are we supported by it. Sage City Symphony's concerts are free and open to the public and although we are a volunteer orchestra, there are expenses. We meet these thorough the contributions of loyal donors, small grants and concert sponsorships, but sometimes just barely.  Events like the Silent Auction in the fall and Annual Dinner in the spring make a big difference to our solvency as will we hope our new fund-raiser, Waltz Night. Your support of these projects and your participation when possible makes a difference and is very much appreciated!

WALTZ NIGHT: Saturday, October 13, 2018, 7-9:30 p.m.
