Guided Meditation for Pain Management: Wednesday, October 10, 1:00-3:00, Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 108 School St, Bennington. Meditation has been clinically proven to help manage chronic pain and discomfort. We will practice meditation techniques with a focus on managing and coping with chronic pain, and talk about our experiences. This workshop is appropriate for people with little to no experience with meditation; or if you have knowledge and practice with using meditation or mindfulness for pain relief/management, please come and share.
