Cookbook author Andrea Chesman will be offering demonstrations and samples at this year's final Author at the Aldrich program Wednesday evening, August 14 at 6 pm at Aldrich Library. Meet Andrea and check out her fine selection of Vermont cookbooks from the new "Pickled Pantry" to "The New Vegetarian Grill." Andrea is a wonderful speaker, skilled gardener, and expert on foodways who is sure to inspire us all to put up, pickle, can, freeze, and enjoy throughout the winter the wonderful bounty of our gardens and farms.
