• Pledging the Credit of the City to Secure Indebtedness for Public Improvements Within the Waterfront Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District
• Increase in Maximum Tax Rate for General City Purposes Authorized
• Referendum – Issuance of Revenue Bonds for the Purchase of the Winooski One Hydroelectric Facility
