NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
FOR PROPOSED CHARTER AMENDMENTS
Wednesday, October 3, 2018 and Tuesday, October 16, 2018
The residents and registered voters of the Winooski School District are hereby notified that public informational hearings will be held on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at 6:00 p.m., and on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at 6:00 p.m., at the Winooski Educational Center in the City of Winooski to explain and receive public comment on proposed amendments to the Winooski School District charter relating to the time of the District Annual Meeting, which proposed amendment will be presented for consideration by the District at the November elections to be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2018.
The public is further notified that an official copy of the proposed Charter amendment, approved and adopted by the Board of School Trustees on September 17, 2018, is on file and available to members of the public in the office of the Superintendent of the Winooski School District.
Adopted at a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Winooski District held on September 17, 2018.
