On October 5th, 2018, the Champlain Cafe, a student operated restaurant at Burlington Technical Center, will open for take out orders for lunch between 11:50 am and 1:00 pm. Our theme this week is Vermont Garden Harvest featuring produce grown throughout our state. Our all inclusive meal is $7.00. Please see the link below for our menu which changes weekly.
