Heads up all you movie lovers out there!
Reel Film Fridays returns to Lawrence Memorial Library this Friday, October 5th at 7:30pm!
Due to licensing terms, we can't reveal film names or the associated studio on any public arenas other than on the official library webpage, but we're not letting that stop us!
In the lead up to Halloween, we'll be focusing on suspense and horror in October, and this week's film is a black & white classic from 1933.
Here's the synopsis: "A film crew goes to a tropical island for an exotic location shoot and discovers a colossal ape who takes a shine to their female blonde star. He is then captured and brought back to New York City for public exhibition."
Join us at the library for films, fun, and hot buttered popcorn this Friday, and be sure to follow the Facebook event page: https://www.facebook.com/events/2018808918205949.
