"Soup to Nuts, An Eccentric History of Food" will be presented at the Bixby Library Otter Creek room on October 10 at 10:30 am.

The history of what and how we eat, the invention of the fork, the evolution of table manners, and who invented lemonade are topics presented by writer Rebecca Rupp. Free and open to the public. A Vermont Humanities Council event sponsored by Addison County Retired Educators.
