Swanton Peer-Led Anxiety Group

Past event
Oct 4, 2018, 6 to 7 PM

Open to all community members, every 1st and 3rd Thursday from 6-7pm at the Swanton library.

Anxiety can make you feel isolated in a prison of your mind's own making. Come spend time with people who understand how you feel in a casual and supportive environment. Support people (friends, family, etc.) are welcome to come too!.

• The group is completely open forum. There is no need to participate in discussion if you'd rather not.
• No commitment. Arrive and leave as you please.
• Doing small tasks such as knitting, coloring, and puzzling during the meeting is encouraged. Some puzzles and craft supplies will be provided, or you can bring your own. I will be hand-braiding a rug :)
