MORRISVILLE, VT: The Role of Power, Authority and Control in Groups: a Discussion Forum will be launching its first monthly meeting on October 2, 2018 at Morristown Centennial Library, 20 Lower Main St, Morrisville VT from 5:30 – 7 pm.

The topic of this month's group will be "What makes some cults destructive, and how do these dynamics sometimes play out in different kinds of groups?" The group is facilitated by Cult Awareness Educators Gerette Buglion of Hyde Park VT, and Mark Laxer of Cambridge, VT, author of Take Me for a Ride, Coming of Age in a Destructive Cult.

After Introductions and a brief presentation on the topic, the floor will be opened for facilitated discussion.
Everyone who has a sincere interest in how misused power can cause harm is welcome.
