There has been a last minute addition of a Let Your Yoga Dance at Valley Glow this weekend!
This Saturday, September 29 at Valley Glow in Waitsfield, at 10:30, we will kick start our weekend with the fun and joy of LYYD.
Let Your Yoga Dance is a fun fusion of yoga and dance set to inspiring and varied music. NO experience needed in yoga or dance, we are all dancers!
$15 for a drop in or use your Valley Glow class card. Dress so you can move comfortably, bring a mat if you have one, and a water bottle.
