On Fri., Sept. 28, Barre's Aldrich Library hosts this intimate slam, offered every 3 months or so. Come at 6 and enjoy free pizza; arrive 6:30 and join the group for a prompted quickwrite; Slam begins at 6:45 -- Anything Goes! at podium (no mic), including not just poems and short fiction but music of any kind, magic tricks, extemporaneous stories; the piece you just wrote; whatever! Duets and larger are welcome, and the work presented need not be original. All ages and Anything Goes! Use Library's rear entrance. MC - the incomparable Geof Hewitt with his wit and poems!
