Lamoille County Mental Health is sponsoring a free Umatter training for the community on Tuesday Oct. 2 from 12noon-4pm at the main office at 72 Harrel St. in Morrisville.

Umatter is a gatekeeper training that allows people to become knowledgeable about ways to prepare for suicide prevention, including strategies, risk factors, resources and steps to take to prevent suicide.
