Free Film Screening: “I Was a Jet Set Stewardess”

Past event
Sep 22, 2018, 11 AM to 4 PM

For any of my neighbors who, like I, would've died to be a jet set stewardess, this just sounds like heaven:

In the 1960s, young women who dreamed of an exciting career set their sights on the airlines. "I Was a Jet Set Stewardess" from Smithsonian Channel tells the true stories of the high-flying lives of these women who made history in the workforce.

Catch a screening of this documentary on Museum Day, September 22nd, at Sullivan Museum and History Center (Norwich University, Northfield, Vt.), a Smithsonian Affiliate. The film will be shown each hour on the hour from 11 am to 4 pm.
