Tom Rugg, owner of T Rugg's Tavern right in the Old North End, is pleased to announce a Calcutta Fundraiser that will take place at the tavern on Sunday, March 23 from 3:00-6:00 p.m. Proceeds from the event will be donated to HANDS, a local non-profit which strives to provide food for older Vermonters. Tickets will be limited to 100 and cost $50 each. Payouts include $1000 for the first, $750 for the second, and $250 for the third balls. Food will be provided as well as a cash bar.
