On Saturday, Sept 22, at 7 pm, you have perhaps a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to hear and learn about a beautiful, unique, and historic style of music known as Sephardic Music. Susan is a modern day keeper of this beautiful and unique music, and she comes to Brookfield to help us all fall in love the music and its fascinating story. She will tell the story, with visual aids, and share the music.
There are many dying cultural and music traditions in our ever-changing world, and if it weren't for the passion and dedication of a few individuals, like Susan Gaeta, Sephardic music and the Ladino language, would be all but lost.
You won't want to miss it! Admission is $5/adult.
Thanks to Ben and Jerry's Foundation for sponsoring this event.
