Come to an informational workshop to learn about "Accessory Dwelling Units" (ADUs)

At the Heineberg Community Senior Center, 14 Heineberg Road in Burlington's New North End.
We will hear from a panel of experts discussing the benefits of adding an apartment to your home or backyard. We will hear from people who have done this and what the rules in Burlington are. There will be plenty of time for questions and answers and resource tables with experts and information to share.
An ADU could give you rental income, someone to share household chores and a friendly neighbor.
