On Tuesday, September 18th, from 7:00-8:00 p.m., The Yoga Place will offer a free presentation about mindfulness by Tracy Purdy-Martin.
The Mindfulness Based Stress Management Strategies workshop series continues on Tuesdays with all sessions running from 7:00-8:15 p.m. The sessions are facilitated by Tracy Purdy-Martin.
The Mindfulness Stress Management (MSM) series works with participants to develop their goals and then introduces them to a wide variety of Mindfulness strategies and practices. MSM draws on the wisdom of Jon Kabat-Zinn's "Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction" and Spring Forest Qigong as well as Tracy Purdy-Martin's many years as a fitness educator
