Come on over to the Mad River Valley! The 23rd annual Mad Dash foot race and walk will take place at 10 a.m., Sunday, Oct. 7th, Meadow Road, Waitsfield and registration is now open online at www.madriverpath.com, click on the Mad Dash link. It's multiple events in one: A professionally timed 10K/5K race; a 5K fitness walk; and a Free Kids Fun Run. There's local food, live music and a silent auction. Early registrants receive a free t-shirt and will be entered in a raffle with cool prizes. The course takes runners and walkers on a dirt road, near the Mad River, by farms and through a covered bridge. Fun for all ages, join us!
