"Take a break, relax, and enjoy the beauty of the forested trail in a new way. Join Walk in Awe, for a slow meander along the Hardwick Trails. In the tradition of Shinrin Yoku or Forest Bathing, we will use all of our senses to experience the forest and stream through a series of invitations. Over the course of two hours, we will walk quietly, focusing on the sights, smells, sounds, textures, and feelings of the forest, pausing periodically to share our insights with the group. We will end the walk by sharing a cup of tea made with plants from the place we have walked. $5-$10 sliding scale fee.

Meet at the Hardwick Trails entrance Sign. We will walk in light rain. Call 802-755-6336 if weather is in question."
