How Well Do You Know Your Well?

Come get acquainted and learn what actions to take to ensure you and your family have the safest drinking water. Sille Larsen, Senior Environmental Engineer with the Vermont Department of Health, will share information about well water use and protection including details about typical groundwater contaminants, health effects and treatment options. There will be time for questions and discussion about how to make your drinking water safe. This is the first in a series of three programs about the water world of Charlotte and the surrounding area. The talk will be held at the Charlotte Library at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 12.
