Everyone Can Be Happier by Learning to Meditate

Hello, everyone. Seriously -- every one can learn to meditate! And research shows that a regular meditation or mindfulness practice is one of the very best things you can do to enhance well being, outlook, and overall health. A regular mindfulness or meditation practice can increase positive emotions; strengthen the parts of the brain linked to learning, memory, and empathy; lead to happier parenting; increase compassion; and so much more.

That's why I'm offering another "Meditating for Happiness" workshop on Saturday March 8th, from 9 AM till noon, in the Fireside Room of the Unitarian Church on Main Street in Montpelier. There are many many different ways to be mindful and to meditate. I'll share with you a "sampler plate" of techniques that you can try out. See which ones work best for you! This workshop is appropriate for adults and older children (roughly 14 years +). Cost is $25.00. Please pre-register at happinessparadigm@gmail.com.
