The Waitsfield United Church Village Meeting House on Rt 100 in Waitsfield is hosting its annual Chicken Pie Supper on Saturday, September 16 with two separate seatings: 5:30pm OR 6:45pm. Takeout is available at the kitchen door at the rear of the building. Guests can look forward to steaming chicken and gravy topped with handmade rolled biscuits, heaping bowls of winter squash and mashed potatoes, creamy cold slaw, and homemade pies served with generous wedges of cheddar cheese.

This annual fundraiser and timeless tradition for the church is one of the best opportunities to experience the "flavor" of a quintessential, rural New England village..
