Discussion will touch on zoning matters (more specifically changes that would modify PUD requirements as well as land area requirements for certain single family residences in Rural District), comprehensive planning matters (more specifically changes to the draft in response to public and committee comments and also scheduling issues), and a possible Municipal Planning Grant application (to study possible improvements to the Planned Unit Development section of the zoning regulations).
