Today's best French cooking combines time-tested techniques with classic ingredients, but also explores new flavor combinations, and summer is the perfect time for it. Think tomatoes & plums, baguettes, tarts and more.
In this class we looks at the origins and techniques of French cooking and assemble a French multi-course summer meal together, which we enjoy in the gardens of Brot Bakehouse School and Kitchen.
