The Vermont Passport Agency is hosting a special event in Montpelier to accept applications for U.S. passport books and cards on Tuesday September 11, 2018. When: Tuesday, September 11 (12:00 p.m.-3:30 p.m.) Where: Vermont State House 115 State St. Montpelier, VT 0563 Please bring the following:
* Citizenship evidence (Birth or Naturalization Certificate, Previous U.S. Passport)
* Photo identification (Driver's License, Government ID)
* Customers are encouraged to print their applications online at travel.state.gov/passports and bring their completed but unsigned forms with photo attached to the event on September 11. Forms of Payment: Credit card, personal check, money orders, (No Cash) No appointment or proof of travel is needed and the $60 expedite fee will be waived! Applicants under age 16: Both parents and legal guardians must apply in-person with their child. If one parent or guardian cannot apply in-person on Passport Day, the Department has special requirements for 'parental consent' depending on the family's situation.
