No Fear Pressure Canning Workshop with Andrea Chesman

Author Andrea Chesman will be giving a pressure canning presentation at 7pm on Sunday, September 30th at the Craftsbury Public Library. This workshop will be appropriate for folks just beginning to explore home food preservation as well as those who have been canning for years, who want to go a little further, have specific questions, or who want to try pressure canning for the first time. Samples will be available. Please come, and bring your questions.
