The VT NEA is sponsoring a "Rally For Racial Equity in Vermont's Public Schools" at the State House Pavilion Auditorium. The Main event will start at 12 noon . Martha Allen, the Vermont NEA Racial Equity Liaison will welcome the group. VT State Rep. Kiah Morris and Attorney General TJ Donovan will speak briefly. The main speaker is Tim Wise who has spent the last 25 years speaking against racism. The Jeudevine Library's Racism Discussion Group recently read his book, "White Like Me" and viewed a film based on the book. A very powerful book.

There is a pre-rally presentation fro 10:45 to 11:45 by Annie O'Shaughnessy of the Burlington School District on Restorative Practices.
