The 7th annual Chris Ludington Memorial Trail Walk or Run will be held Sunday September 16 at 9:00 A.M. at Trapp Family Lodge in Stowe. The Northern Vermont Ridge Runners and Trapp Family Lodge are sponsoring this event. Registration starts at 8:00 A.M. at the Trapp Family Lodge Outdoor Center Yurt. Chris' daughter, Johannah Ludington, works for Nike and brings back plenty of great Nike stuff that is given away as raffle prizes. In addition, Trapp Family Lodge has generously donated a season ski pass for the winter of 2018-2019, which will be given away as a raffle prize. Many people choose to walk. You have the choice of a 5K or 10K run or walk on the well maintained Trapp trails. The 5K is mostly flat and the 10K is hilly. All proceeds will benefit the Chris Ludington Scholarship Fund. Part of the race is on Chris' Run which is a beautiful trail named in memory of Chris who was known for putting in 100 plus skiing days on the Trapp hills. All ages, levels of ability and interests are welcome and encouraged to participate
