Managing Stress: A Workshop for Family Caregivers in Newport
NEK Council on Aging is offering a ninety-minute workshop titled Managing Stress for Family Caregivers, facilitated by Nancy Oakes. In this interactive workshop, we will focus on tools that will help you to manage the daily stresses you face as a caregiver. The class takes place on Wednesday, September 12th from 6-7:30 P.M. in the Meeting Room on the ground floor of North Country Hospital in Newport.
